Job Title: Capture Manager – FalconWorks

Salary: £63,000 to £81,500 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Directs development and implementation of the Capture Plan encompassing Win Strategy, Price to Win etc.
* Develops the Business Case for continuing to pursue and bidding the Opportunity including Capture budget, working with the relevant business unit to gain approval.
* Directs the capture and leads a high performing capture team to develop and deliver high quality bid/proposal, setting direction and objectives.
* Defines and leads customer relationship management strategy (including UKG support for export orders) and engages senior Company executives in contact activity. Utilises customer review data to truly understand customer perceptions and support capture activity.
* Develops the Price to Win (Green team), with the Air Market Development Team (West) and drives the solution to meet it.
* Ensures smooth hand-over to Project Manager for delivery phase.
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience working within Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) communities.
* Business Winning experience with an understanding of Price to Win.
* Capture Management experience with an understanding of Capture Management principles.
* Understanding of customer requirements.
* Ability to be a self-starter and work to own initiative and build relationships within organisation and outside organisation.

The FalconWorks Business Development & Strategy team:
You will be responsible for leading the complex multifaceted Uncrewed Systems Capture Campaigns in Europe. You will begin pre-LCM Phase 0 leading the campaign development and capture activity for a FalconWorks in Europe. You will work closely with the GBD Market Development, Air Strategic Markets West and the FalconWorks Bid Team to ensure that the solution development/broader bid work is conducted in line with Customer requirements, hot buttons and timelines.
The role holder will manage a team, containing direct resource (BD) and/or indirect resource (multi-disciplined). They are responsible for developing and communicating the strategy and direction for Campaign and Capture for a business, creating the appropriate Business Winning environment through market understanding, planning, positioning and development of opportunities and capturing business.
