Who We're Looking For
As a Technology Enablement Analyst working as part of the Tech Enablement Team UK, you will work with the customer and internal teams to understand and implement a repeatable and efficient build deployment process that enables the Hatfield operations team to meet service delivery requirements.
The greatest strength of a Technology Enablement Analyst is to have a wide range of experience and knowledge in many different areas. The individual will be less focused on one special area of technology and be comfortable with many.
What You'll Do
You will be working as part of the Tech Enablement build implementation team onsite in Hatfield 5 days a week as we are a hands-on team that works in a hands-on environment. Remote working is not available for this role and will involve shift patterns of either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
Some of the daily activities are:
1. Handling incidents in the Logistics and Technical Services Integration Centre
2. Testing and implementation of customer builds
3. Carrying out troubleshooting and problem solving
4. Support of client-specific hardware configuration requirements – for example, Workplace, Enterprise Datacenter, and Mobile devices.
5. Supporting client asset labeling requests
6. Manage daily tracking and recording of activities

Please note that for successful applicants, offers will be conditional on passing additional eligibility checks with our training provider Realise, which will include a Maths and English assessment and a review of any previous qualifications you hold. Due to the funding requirements of the apprenticeship, applicants must not already hold a Digital Support Technician L3 standard, GNVQ, BTEC, or equivalent qualification to be eligible for this programme.
