4. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and valuations.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Utilize IT tools, including AutoCAD, for project planning and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying (essential).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
4. Proficient in IT, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
5. A valid UK driving licence (essential).
6. Enhanced DBS Check (to be carried out upon appointment).
