You will be working within a busy team of 8 knowledgeable and experienced people who will provide coaching and training to help you learn the ropes and excel in your role.
The type of work you will be doing is all administration related to the After Sales process. This includes processing accurate job and project information to support departmental workflow and maintain customer and business expectations.
You will:
1. See the After Sales process through point of sale to delivery.
2. Gather information on job statuses and update customers as necessary.
3. Liaise with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track.
4. Coordinate with customers to find information to enable jobs to be completed.
5. Maintain samples register and update samples progress.
6. Ensure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant standards and Health and Safety requirements.
To succeed in this position, you need to be someone who:
1. Is comfortable using IT Software, Word, and Excel.
2. Enjoys problem solving.
3. Is organized.
4. Has excellent communication skills and enjoys talking to people.
5. Is known for their attention to detail.
