Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a leading Construction company based in Eastleigh. This is a temp to perm position.
Responsibilities for this Compliance Administrator role:
1. Updating internal systems
2. Chasing various clients for relevant paperwork
3. Booking in contractors and ensuring this runs smoothly
4. Ensuring that the site is up to date with relevant H&S documents and COSHH
5. Typing up documents and capturing information from site testing
6. Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks
7. Chasing up emails / telephone calls when and as needed
Requirements for this Compliance Administrator role:
1. Must be available immediately
2. Previous experience in construction is beneficial
3. Compliance background is beneficial
4. Highly organised
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Willingness and eager to learn
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Strong admin skills
The Role:
£15.00 per hour
Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm
This role is to start immediately
