Senior Account Manager (Retail POS) Leicester Permanent and Full time Hybrid – Office, home working, client visits Salary – Depending on experience Overview We are supporting our Leicester based clients who are looking for an experienced Senior Retail POS Account Manager to join their team in a full time and permanent role. The successful candidate must have proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a creative design agency or a retail manufacturing environment working with a variety of clients including cosmetic and beauty brands. They will need to be at the top of their game in terms of delivering an exceptional level of service to clients through their communication skills and a genuine understanding and a passion for the industry. Comfortable in a busy fast paced industry, they will have a flexible approach to the role to ensure that deadlines and objectives are achieved. The role is a full time permanent role and would offer a combination of predominantly office, home working and client visits. Responsibilities Responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with all levels of client, building the trust of the client through clear direction, honesty and integrity Working as a respected and trusted adviser to brands, learning an understanding of the client’s brand, business and objectives Obtaining clear briefs and working with internal teams on proposals and ideas ensuring that they are relevant, on brief and in keeping with the client’s objectives and presenting to the client as required Working on clear plans for the development of the accounts, maximising revenue and profitability, financial forecasting as well as responsibility of day-to-day financial management. Take responsibility for building and managing a strong working relationship with all levels of client, building the trust of the client through clear direction, honesty and integrity Skills Proven experience in Account Management within POS – Minimum of 3 years Good knowledge of materials/manufacturing Proven experience of working in POS with cosmetic/beauty brands Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build, grow and maintain client relationships Effective time management, organised and motivated Commercially minded and an insight into key trends Confident presenter of both strategic ideas and creative work, able to write clear, concise and inspirational creative briefs Demonstrate good creative judgement Organised and able to make the best use of their time in a busy environment Ability to work well under pressure and to tight
