About the role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the futures of our youngest learners. You will plan, deliver, and assess creative and engaging lessons, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. Working alongside a dedicated team of Early Years professionals, you will contribute to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and independence in children aged 3 to 5. We are looking for a teacher who has a deep understanding of the Early Years Framework and experience in planning activities that promote hands-on learning. Your passion for early childhood education, combined with your knowledge of child development, will be key in helping our students build strong foundations for future success. * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working within an EYFS setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that engage and motivate young learners.
* Support the individual learning needs of all students through differentiated instruction.
* Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing timely feedback and working with parents to support their child’s learning journey.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create a positive and productive classroom environment.
* Contribute to the development of the EYFS curriculum and participate in school-wide events and initiatives.
