Main duties of the job
If you are successful in your application to this post, some of the responsibilities you will be expected to manage and deliver on are outlined below:
1. To manage your own patient caseload and be responsible for a defined area of service, working without direct supervision.
2. To independently perform advanced assessments of outpatients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions to provide a diagnosis and deliver an individualised and specialised treatment programme of care.
3. To work across the local community to provide a specialist service to patients in pulmonary rehabilitation.
