We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator Data & Systems to join our dynamic HR team. The Human Resources Administrator Data & Systems will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting key HR processes across the business. This position is key to supporting the HR team and wider business in the implementation of systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Management & Updates Edit and amend data and processes in the system, carrying out updates as required
2. Process Control & Improvement Act as an expert on all end-to-end HR processes, ensuring process control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
