Experienced Sales / Business Development Representative required to join the team of our client based in Rochester.
Working within the manufacture and installation arena, this role will sit within the service team - progressing customers that have purchased the product and offering service solutions to both existing and potential new clients.
You will build upon existing client relationships while increasing revenue and growth. Key aspects of this role include customer satisfaction, providing aftersales solutions, and building a pipeline of prospects. A full and in-depth understanding of the products and service offerings is necessary to effectively sell to prospective clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong sales background, ideally in HVAC / Kitchen Ventilation or related industry.
2. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
3. Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit client sites.
