A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as High-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer based in Mayfair, London paid £23 ph, 8 hrs per day, temp to perm position, £45K Basic dependant on experience. As a Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be: -
Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assist with Electrical systems
Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems
Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be completing PPM's on AHU's FCU's and other mechanical plant
Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance
Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £45K dependant one experience + package and company benefits
