We are proud to bring to the market a requirement for an experienced IT PMO & Change Analyst to join their team based in Chesterfield / Worksop, 3 days per week.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking to speak to experienced IT PMO & Change Analysts who have confident communication skills and good quality experience. You will be the type of person who loves working in a team but also enjoys working under your own initiative.
You will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and change initiatives by providing comprehensive project management, analytical, and administrative support within the Project Management Office (PMO).
What you’ll be doing in your role as a PMO & Change Analyst:
* Project Support and Administration – Assisting project managers, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and methodologies. Ideally, you will have experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Governance, Assurance and Reporting – Creating dashboards, project status reports, risks, and resource allocation. You will help support decision-making processes at all levels.
* Change Management - Administering the change management process, reviewing requests for change for completeness, chairing CAB meetings, documenting and sharing meeting notes, and reporting on CAB progress.
* Process Improvement - Streamlining PMO processes and improving project delivery practices.
* Stakeholder Engagement - Acting as a liaison between the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders to foster effective communication, alignment, and collaboration.
* Data Analysis and Insight Generation - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various project activities to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
