The Resourcing Manager will work closely with senior leaders to manage team deployment, optimise resource allocation, and support employee development. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on achieving the best commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand resourcing needs. Ensure effective team utilisation and advise on best resourcing practices. Balance client needs with employee skills and availability. Manage work planners and provide administrative support. Support talent development by aligning employees with suitable projects. Identify and resolve resource conflicts to optimise efficiency. Provide reports and insights on workforce utilisation. Drive process improvements and implement best practices. Experience Required: Background in resource planning and management. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
