A leading Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new project in Staffordshire. The project will involve the construction of traditional new build homes for private open market sale and housing association.
Job Duties:
9. Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
11. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
12. Maintain quality control and monitor progress against project timelines
13. Manage site budgets and report to senior management
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager working for a high volume developer.
Knowledge and Skills:
14. Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
15. Excellent leadership and communication skills
16. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
17. Proficient in project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
18. Degree in Construction Management or related field
19. Health and Safety qualifications
Working Conditions:
Work on construction sites, potential exposure to outdoor elements, regular travel between sites required
