Job Description:
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your role will include managing bar staff, creating enticing drink menus, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and driving the profitability of the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
* Recruit, train, and manage bar staff.
* Develop and implement creative drink menus.
* Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
