My client is a well-established Telecommunications business based in Warrington, and they are looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert technical assistance on a range of telecoms and connectivity issues. You’ll diagnose and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handling 1st line technical support queries via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshooting broadband, VoIP, and networking issues Logging and escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolutions Keeping up to date with new technologies and industry developments experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM's) Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role (preferred but not essential) Basic understanding of networking, VoIP, or broadband technologies (training provided) A proactive, team-oriented attitude Do not hesitate to apply should the above align to your skills
