The Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician, you will take the lead on multiple projects, supporting the design team in producing high-quality planning and working drawings. You’ll also manage three team members while working on a variety of house and apartment developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects and assist in preparing planning and working drawings with precision and efficiency
Amend standard house-type working drawings and create bespoke apartment block designs
Prepare site technical layouts, ensuring accuracy for planning and legal conveyance purposes
