Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Support
* Collaborate with the IT team to deliver key technical projects.
* Analyze requirements and align objectives with business and technical goals.
* Assist in enhancing Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
* Work with external developers to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues.
* Identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
Power Platform & CRM Development
* Design and manage applications using Power Apps and workflows in Power Automate.
* Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
* Collaborate to create scalable automation solutions and maintain best practices.
Technical Problem-Solving & Support
* Resolve technical challenges to ensure project continuity.
* Provide first and second-line support for Microsoft 365, hardware, and network issues.
* Manage devices and enforce security policies using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
* Stay updated on tech trends to optimize processes and workflows.
* Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
* Ensure proper access controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
Your Toolkit for Success:
* Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
* Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* CRM troubleshooting and enhancement experience.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and risk mitigation strategies.
* Expertise in device management with Intune or similar tools.
* Understanding of SharePoint development and project management methodologies.
