* Mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
* Speaking with clients, colleagues, solicitors, lenders, and potential clients, handling tricky conversations to push processes forward
* A good generic understanding of mortgages is beneficial but not essential

* Identifying client needs and working to reach the best possible outcome for clients and the business

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage Administrator
* Maintaining relationships through regular contact with mortgage advisers, lenders, and clients
* Ensuring clients have a smooth and pleasant experience with the Just Mortgages process
* Administering mortgage and protection applications from the point of sign-up, supplying outstanding documents to lenders and insurers
* Assisting mortgage and protection advisors with integral data to lenders and insurers
* Working proactively with all parties involved in the process to ensure that policy terms are produced as soon as possible
* Using specialist in-house systems to add relevant notes to cases, input data where necessary, and change the status of mortgage and protection applications to ensure maximum efficiency for the client
* Providing clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process and helping with any non-advice based questions to ensure peace of mind and a smooth, high-quality service from Just Mortgages
