Elderly Person Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Location: On-site, Lancashire
Employment Type: 3-6 month contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Band 6 day time rate
Spencer Clarke Group is looking for a Registered Elderly Person's Mental Health Nurse to join our client in Lancashire.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a caseload of elderly adults with a variety of mental health conditions, including dementia, depression, anxiety, and psychosis.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reviews of patients, ensuring that care plans are regularly updated and reflect the patient's evolving needs.
Ensure timely and appropriate interventions are put in place, working collaboratively with other professionals and services
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all medication administration in line with best practice guidelines.
Monitor and assess patients for side effects and any adverse reactions to medications.
Essential requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC pin.
