We're delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our well established clients team. Previous industry experience within plumbing/water hygiene/legionella risk assessments is required for this role. Please note, this role offers hybrid remote working. The main purpose of the role is to manage an existing client base, ensuring all client requirements are met and being the main point of contact. Day to day responsibilities include: Ensure client portfolios are retained Provide quotations for all preventative maintenance and reactive works with nominated clients Carry out regular meetings to ensure clients remain compliant with regulations and explore opportunities to increase services Present information to clients to demonstrate contract performance Ensure profit margins are maintained when tendering/quoting for works Liaise with colleagues in Operations to ensure all works are completed on time, within budget and KPI's are met Maintain high customer service Requirements: Previous related industry experience Full UK driving licence Must pass an Enhanced DBS clearance Excellent communication & organisatonal ability Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (some flexibility may be required) A company car will also be provided and available for private use.
