The Head of Admissions will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing relationships with feeder schools, and guiding prospective students and their families through the application process. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the marketing team to promote the College and its unique educational offerings.
The Head of Admissions (UK) manages all aspects of the admissions process across all year groups in the Senior School. The purpose of the role is to enroll the right profile and number of pupils, while fulfilling the admissions policy.
Reporting and Team Management
The Head of Admissions (UK) reports to the Director of Communications, Admissions & Marketing and works closely with the Head of College and Head of International Admissions for the fulfilment of the role. The Head of Admissions (UK) has line management responsibility for one Assistant Registrar and the Admissions Assistant.
Working Conditions

The total remuneration offered represents a salary, pension & benefits package that reflects the substantial contribution made by staff towards the success of the College.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet the needs of the College and fulfil the needs of any events taking place. This may include occasional evening and weekend work.
Holiday
25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays. 5 days must be taken during the Christmas closure.
