This applies to staff who are on the lowest pay point of our Band 1 grade.

About the Role
The role of bar staff is to provide excellent service to guests whilst maintaining a clean working environment. Bar staff will be trained upon receiving the position and will be supported throughout their shifts by other team members and a duty manager. Casual staff at Flixton House have the opportunity to work at a variety of events, such as weddings, birthdays, celebrations of life, as well as seasonal events and in-house events like afternoon tea with princesses and wreath making workshops.
About you
You will:
* Have experience of working within a similar role and environment.
* Have a solid understanding of beverages and up to date knowledge of alcohol legislation.
* You will be physically able to move tables and chairs.
* You will be confident in working with till systems.
* You will share your skills and experience and model behaviours that will inform, inspire, and develop others.
* Have an understanding of customer service excellence.
* Have an eye for detail in every aspect of event operations, including health and safety and fire regulations.

You will be required to work on a rota.
You will be required to work long hours standing.
Means of transport is a must as shifts may end after midnight.
