We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our ambitious and growing team. You will be responsible for managing complex projects while aligning them with our strategic objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive synergy, collaboration, and efficiencies. Exceptional strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.
As Technical Project Manager you will be embedded in our technology team, tasked with building and maintaining our technology. You will participate in our exciting journey as we continue to build and optimize our tools and processes across our business.
Here’s a flavour of what’s involved:
1. Lead the implementation of business systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure systems meet organisational needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions.
4. Evaluate and challenge proposed solutions and vendor offerings to ensure they align with business objectives and technical standards.
5. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to contracts.
6. Oversee system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
7. Continuously monitor and assess system performance, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
8. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of business systems.
Bring your experience & skills:
1. Extensive experience in a similar Tech Project Manager role.
2. Experience working in/around business units and customer teams with a good understanding of the benefits that software can deliver to enhance both the customer and internal teams experience.
3. Strong technical background with excellent knowledge of business applications, CRM systems and reporting platforms.
4. Experience working in a team supporting platform enhancement and continual development.
5. Analytical background with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations.
6. Experience of communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
7. Excellent analytical, technical and communications skills.
8. A positive, “can do” attitude and the drive and enthusiasm to persevere and deliver, both individually and as part of a team.
9. Ability to think critically and logically to solve complex problems.
