An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join a reputable legal firm, offering excellent benefits.
As a Residential Conveyancing Secretary, you will report to the Head of Department and assist the conveyancing team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth progress in property transactions.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries from clients.
2. Drafting legal documents, including contracts and completion statements.
3. Organising and maintaining accurate client files and documentation.
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions.
5. Delivering exceptional customer service to foster positive client relationships.
6. Performing general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing, along with occasional reception cover.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Secretary, ideally in a residential conveyancing environment.
2. Skilled in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Shift:
? Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
