A leading financial services organisation established for decades, seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to support their team of financial advisers in meeting FCA regulatory obligations and ensuring exceptional ongoing client service. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in financial services, strong organisational skills, and a professional demeanor.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
* Work closely with three financial advisers to ensure compliance with FCA regulatory obligations and client commitments.
* Attend client meetings to assist with information gathering and clarification of existing information, enabling the delivery of advice and recommendations.
* Ensure client files are up-to-date and complete, addressing any missing information or details.
* Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
* Update Factfinds and manage information in the IO (back office) system, including tasks and notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience or knowledge of IFA/Financial Services products is preferable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
* Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with diverse clients and scenarios.
