A Coatbridge-based company, primarily engaged in converting commercial vehicles to welfare vehicles, is seeking to hire a Part-time Admin and Accounts Assistant to join their team. The company also provides services such as plylining vehicles, supplying and fitting auto electrical parts, towbars, roofbars, work lights, etc., for commercial vehicle fleets.
Working hours are 16 hours per week. Pay rate: £12.60 per hour.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
* Assist the experienced office manager in providing administrative support to the business.
* Gain a broad range of office-based skills and experience during the training program.
* Handle telephone answering and message taking.
* Use of Sage Line 50 Accounting system – EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.
* Perform general office administration duties as required.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
* Positive attitude to learning.
* Confidence in speaking to people on the phone.
* Good organisational skills.
* Motivated and enthusiastic.
