An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Corporate Senior Nursing Team as the Nursing and Quality Administrator.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a range of administrative/secretarial support relevant to the area, ensuring that urgent matters are actioned and escalated without delay.
2. Manage diaries, calendar invites, and email inboxes with the directorate.
3. Support, supervise, and coordinate other members of the team as required to ensure the smooth running of the directorate.
4. Actively participate in the development of improvements for the service, incorporating new practices and ways of working.
You will provide administrative support to the following:
* Associate Director of Quality Improvement and Medical Directorate
* Head of Quality Improvement and Clinical Outcomes
* Head of Clinical Effectiveness
* Head of Patient Experience
* Infection Prevention and Control Team
* Accrediting Care at ESNEFT Team
* Deteriorating Patient Team
* Moving and Handling Team
