Are you a technical trainer/instructional designer, keen to work for a growing organisation in the clinical trials space to help them develop best in industry training to their clients? This is a permanent full-time position working directly for our client, and although their offices are based in Cambridge, this can be a fully remote position. As technical trainer, you will assess the impact of new product releases on existing training materials, and identify requirements for new materials, which will include videos and SCORM-compliant e-learning content. You will also create e-learning content for industry regulatory guidance, and support the development of engaging resources for internal team training. This is a newly created role within the organisation, and a great opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in this field. The development and deployment of engaging training content is key to customer engagement, and to the successful use of their core product. Key responsibilities will include: · Develop a deep understanding of RBQM processes and the bespoke system, how it is used by end users (internal and external). · Develop and maintain engaging end user materials for product including training videos and e-learning modules. · Collaborate closely with Product Team to support new product releases and assess impact on existing training materials and the need for new materials. · Develop e-learning content for industry guidelines and regulations that may be made available to clients as e-learning package · Keep up to date with relevant clinical trial and validated systems legislation and update training materials as required. · Support development of internal e-learning training content. · Gather feedback regarding the training and materials provided to ensure they continue to meet end user needs. · Deliver Train the Trainer and end user training, as required.
