Reception & Administration Coordinator - Temporary Location: Watford Contract: Temporary Hours : 37.5 hours per week Hourly rate: £16-18 This role is responsible for leading an efficient and high-quality reception and administration team. Our client aims to provide a first class, welcoming and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership to the reception, admin and night security support team, including performance management and performance review process. Be responsible for the integrity of all transactions and cash handling in reception Ensure the efficient receipt and distribution of post and correspondence, general administration duties for the teams Maintain and update software and records including production of weekly and monthly reports and statistics Ensure that all administration needs are met to a high standard. Ensure adequate staff cover is always maintained including rotas and cover arrangements Requirements: Experience in administration from within a busy reception or customer service environment Able to lead, develop and monitor a diverse staff team Ideally have an enhanced DBS certificate from the last 3 years or willing to apply for a new one.
