Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness who will be responsible for how we measure EMEA marketing & loyalty impact and become more effective.
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Manager of Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
1. Build objectives and scope for brand and campaign effectiveness, including developing a roadmap of initiatives to take Hilton on the journey to mature in this area.
2. Develop and rollout marketing measurement & effectiveness framework. Provide ongoing support to apply the framework and adapt it to suit needs.
3. Identify, evaluate and recommend improvements to our measurement and effectiveness programme to support business growth.
4. Create testable hypotheses around marketing activities and work with relevant collaborators to test, track and loop back insights to the business, in close collaboration with marketing, commercial and media teams.
5. Manage and produce campaign reporting, analysing complex data sources to produce concise and impactful analysis of performance, including future recommendations.
6. Work closely with marketing & loyalty teams and other stakeholders to define brand and business trading targets and drive success, help solve marketing challenges and champion marketing to the wider business.
7. Responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing effectiveness insights to global, regional and market collaborators.
8. Lead analysis of marketing content & creative impact across digital and offline channels, including recommendations to deliver improved performance.
9. Interpret data, build swift actionable recommendations, workshop solutions with teams, track recommendation implementation, then establish findings and share.
10. Leverage Marketing Mix Modelling insights as part of measurement and effectiveness reporting to ensure teams understand the outputs and recommendations.
What are we looking for?

1. Experience of leading marketing measurement and effectiveness program.
2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, media planning and buying.
3. Experience of developing and implementing ways of working and improved process.
4. Able to analyse complex data sources to produce concise performance recommendations.
5. Working knowledge of media and marketing, ideally across all offline and online channels.
6. Experience working with media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, with familiarity in their testing and measurement capabilities is advantageous.
7. Experience of working with multiple markets, such as the UK, Germany, UAE & KSA.
8. Proactive, inquisitive and personable nature.
9. Experience of working with an MMM programme is advantageous.
10. Experience working in a marketing client side or media agency role.
11. Ability to communicate to high level stakeholders and package up complex information in an understandable way.
12. Previous experience of analysing advertising creative & content.
