Job Description We have a vacancy within the Service Department for a Case Clean Engineer covering convenience stores & Supermarket contracts reporting to the Support manager. Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: To carry out Case Cleans within store trading hours. Highlight any issues to the area supervisor. Manage time on site to ensure contracted hours are fulfilled. Highlight any Extra to contract works. To carry out a case clean also provide support for the Team Leader. Ensure your workload is carried out to the case clean specification Maintain the effective operation of a case clean, reporting to the Team Leader. To work under and help the Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of our operation Maintain effective working relationships with each Customer Contribute to quality development and improvement of our services. Experience and Key Skills: Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail. Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks. Strong communication skills Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. A positive attitude. Commercial awareness. Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.
