You will also partake in Peer Learning in groups, share in each other's successes (and improvements), and 1-2-1 coaching with your line manager plus ongoing coaching with top performers. Everyone has a pay rise and promotion target in place and knows what they have to do to achieve these targets and progress. Year 1: Salary £27,500 £14,000 commission (Total OTE £40,000) Year 2: Salary £35,000 £25,000 commission (Total OTE £60,000) Year 3: Salary £40,000 £35,000 commission (Total OTE £75,000) Year 4: Salary >£50,000 £50,000 commission (Total OTE £100,000) on average each year, however, you are not limited to this. The good news is that you need no prior experience, and all training will be provided. We are looking for people who have a track record of working hard and who are career driven.
