The client:
My client is a professional, established financial services firm seeking an Operations Manager for a temporary assignment in their beautiful West End offices. This role is perfect for someone who has office management experience for a small to mid-size business implementing processes and dealing with external vendors.
This business has a massive drive on sustainability, so someone with an interest in this would be amazing!
The role:
* Be the first point of contact for facilities and office management queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
* Liaising with external vendors for the business and streamlining them.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
* Coordinating employee onboarding & offboarding from an operations perspective.
The person:
* Proven office management experience within a small to midsize business.
* Experience negotiating terms with external vendors.
* Financial services experience.
* Ability to start ASAP and commit to the assignment.
