We are seeking a highly organised individual to manage and coordinate the bid process, ensuring all proposals feature impactful content and are delivered on time. This is a brand-new role within the Marketing department, where you will play a crucial part in working closely with stakeholders to create valuable content for bids and proposals. This content may include case studies, testimonials, accreditations, awards, policies, and templates that demonstrate the company’s expertise.
Although you won't be directly involved in the bid process, you'll be responsible for maintaining a well-organised library of resources that can be easily accessed when new bids or proposals arise.
This role also offers a creative aspect, allowing you to repurpose content to create compelling messages for social media campaigns or support for award submissions.
About You:
1. Highly organised, with the ability to create and maintain an efficient system for storing resources.
2. Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Creative and a skilled copywriter, capable of adapting content for various campaigns and audiences, both internal and external.
4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fact-checking and proofreading technical documents, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
