O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator in Eastleigh SO53.
Duties:
1. Working closely with the Supply Chain Governance and Analytics Manager and HSEQ Administrator.
2. Manage the on-going supplier compliance function to ensure that suppliers hold valid certification and compliance requirements in line with EMCOR’s processes.
3. Check and review that all supporting documentation has been provided as requested.
4. Compile one Review sheet and combine onboarding and reviews on one document.
5. Ensure specific company accreditations are in place for the type of work the Supply Chain provides and not just for the works they have been initially requested to carry out.
6. Ensure Supply Chain Quality & Environmental policies are signed and in date.
7. File and record all paperwork for each onboarding account in the format required by the process.
8. Ability to identify and evidence present, for any risks identified in the assessment process to the procurement stakeholders.
9. Chase missing information from the supply chain, escalating where needed.
10. Support other procurement colleagues where required with the direction and guidance approval of the line manager.
