Employees of Optoma Technology, Inc. and their eligible dependents and domestic partners are eligible to enjoy a variety of benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision. Other benefits for employees are generally summarized below. These benefits are available to regular (non-temporary) employees who work 32 hours or more per week. Benefits become effective the first day of the following month after your date of hire.
HOLIDAYS & PAID TIME OFF
Optoma Technology provides 11 paid holidays each year, and vacation time off starting at 15 days or 120 hours annually.
In addition, we provide 24 hours annually for employees to focus on their well-being, and time off to volunteer.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Our company offers PPO and HMO plans for full-time employees, covering 100% of employee-only premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Optoma provides dental insurance for full-time employees, covering 100% of employee-only premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.
VISION PLAN
We provide vision insurance for full-time employees, covering 100% of employee-only premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) & DEPENDENT CARE
Optoma offers a pre-taxed benefits account used to pay for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. We also offer a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for eligible dependent care services.

We offer a voluntary savings plan with tax-deferred contribution options and company matching of up to 5%, with no waiting period.
