Job Title Renewal Representative Job Description As a Renewal Representative at Sage, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers remain loyal and fully satisfied with their Sage products and services. Your mission will be to understand their needs, guide them in making the most of their solutions, and help them achieve their business aspirations. By taking a consultative and customer-focused approach, you'll create meaningful connections while driving the value of the products and services we offer. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Bristol or Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities •Maximize product usage by executing an Adoption Plan and leveraging customer data to reduce churn risk. •Boost renewals and retention by delivering value that drives customer business growth. •Gain an understanding of clients' pain points and deliver responsive solutions and support. •Stay knowledgeable about Sage products to confidently demonstrate and recommend solutions. •Coordinate resolution of critical customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders for sustainable outcomes. •Represent the customer's voice by providing actionable feedback to improve propositions, products, services, and sales. •Strengthen collaboration with teams like Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. •Stay informed on industry changes, support Sales with opportunities, and leverage product expertise. : •Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to improve the quality of our customers experience •Proven ability to influence, communicate, build relationships, and engage key decision-makers effectively. •Action oriented with the ability to take the initiative, spotting and seizing on opportunities •Drives KPIs through goal setting, maintaining high standards and meeting key deadlines. •Follows through on commitments showing consistency between words and actions. •Adaptability and able to differ approach depending on the situation •Ability to map the customer's business processes to product capability. •Demonstrates resilience, maintaining a positive attitude whilst navigating difficult obstacles. •The ability to analyse data into meaningful actions/outcomes and opportunities •Takes action to keep product knowledge and skills up to date •An interest in emerging technologies and products •Sound understanding of the Accounting, Payroll and HR Industry •Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel • Competitive base salary and commission structure • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage • Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year • On-going training and professional development • Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation • Flexible work patterns and hybrid working LVK1 Function Sales Country United Kingdom Office Location Newcastle Work Place type Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you're supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
