The Stoller Hall is a vibrant and eclectic music venue located at Chethams School of Music in Manchester.
As a Live Music Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a key member in the operation of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall operation of the venue, including front-of-house staff, technical crew, and backstage services
* Collaborate with performers, event organizers, and internal teams to deliver successful events
* Ensure the highest standards of customer service and audience experience
* Maintain the venue's technical infrastructure, including regular checks and maintenance
* Work closely with the Events Team to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., live events management, hospitality, or arts administration)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a music venue or entertainment setting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
