Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2. Extensive experience in C# development, including strong understanding of object-oriented principles, asynchronous programming, and .NET framework/Core.
3. Proven experience developing web applications using Blazor and related technologies.
4. Demonstrable experience using Telerik UI components.
5. Solid understanding of Python and experience developing serverless functions using Azure Functions.
6. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using C# and .NET.
7. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
8. Understanding of agile methodologies.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Strong attention to detail.
14. Passion for learning.
15. Experience with other cloud platforms.
16. Knowledge of containerization technologies.
17. Experience with testing frameworks.
18. Familiarity with design patterns.
19. Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
