Job Title: Senior Building Manager
Location: West Brompton
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our newly formed Counter Terrorism Operations Centre (CTOC). As a key member of our Counter Terrorism Policing HQ Local Support Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site hard and soft facilities management
• Lead a locally based support team to deal with any property-related issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with operational police officers, staff, and partners
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety (H&S) regulations
• Coordinate building management services and lead estate transformation activity
Requirements:
• Relevant professional qualification in Property Management or Health & Safety (or equivalent experience)
• Track record in building management and facilities management, preferably in secure, public-sector environments
• Working knowledge of the estate's delivery lifecycle
• Ability to deliver through teams and manage members of the CTOC Building Management team
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and maintain discretion
