Job Description
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you'll help maintain our high standards day after day. You'll motivate your team, solve problems swiftly, and create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you. Your responsibilities will include managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly. You'll also give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
