What You'll Do:
* Strategic Leadership: Oversee and develop our commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
* Contract Expertise: Provide expert guidance on NEC4 contracts, managing all commercial aspects from inception to closure.
* Cost Optimisation: Identify opportunities to reduce project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
* Team Development: Mentor and inspire our commercial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Negotiate and manage NEC4 contracts, minimising risks and maximising value.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability.
* Claim Management: Prepare and submit claims for variation works and compensation events.
* Performance Analysis: Track and analyse commercial performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
* Team Leadership: Coach and develop the commercial team, providing guidance and support.

* Proven Experience: A successful track record in a similar role within the telecoms industry.
* NEC4 Expertise: Deep understanding of NEC4 contracts and their application in infrastructure projects.
