They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed School Administrative Officer. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Your role as a School Administration will include:

1. To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files
2. To administer first aid (a first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided)
3. Support co-curricular administrative teams with parental and external facing communication systems
4. Support facility checks and liaise with internal departments to ensure sports equipment and facilities are in good condition and arrange any repairs required
5. Undertake general financial administration and maintain and track accurate and up-to-date records for all sports department expenditures
6. To be responsible for maintaining the student database for all admissions, main school and nursery, with excellent knowledge and experience of SIMs

18. ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
19. 2 recent professional references

21. Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
