If you want to contribute to making a real difference to people's lives, our Administrative Assistant role could be for you. Your Role: Creating a weekly staff rota and re-scheduling where necessary. Act as a first point of contact for staff, service users, stakeholders and external queries; - Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries. - Providing general support to visitors and signposting them to the relevant staff member. Ensuring relevant others are accurately and timeously informed of all important notifications. Assisting in the maintenance of staff and service user records, including recording of contact notes. Maintaining a filing system. Working collaboratively with the Care Manager, Coordinator, Senior Carers and administrative colleagues. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure administrative processes support service delivery Providing an on-call service one weekend per month: Friday evening to Monday morning paid at an additional rate. You will have: Proven experience as an administrative assistant. Care industry experience (desirable) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office Strong time-management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to keep your cool under pressure and take a flexible, 'can do' approach.
