Do you want to work for a growing business with a brilliant culture? We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our fantastic client based in Crawley.
This role is integral to the business, supporting the management of the Sales Ledger and working closely with the Revenue Team and Directors to drive growth. If you have experience in collections, banking, or debt collecting, particularly in a B2C environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Speaking with consumers and building client relationships.
Chasing debt via telephone, email, and letter.
Monitoring debtor balances and setting up payment plans.
Updating monthly aged debtor reports.
Keeping management informed on outstanding debts.
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth financial processes.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Credit Control.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A keen eye for detail and ability to handle both incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
