As an application support analyst for this software firm, you will:
1. Solve user problems and questions and issues from customers
2. Advise users on how to maximise their usage of the software
3. Help customers use the software and maximise their usage of the products
4. Help customers configure the software to meet their needs
5. Identify and gather info that can be used for the software developers to improve the software products for their clients
6. Visit customers where needed to identify areas where they can improve their use of the software products and systems

Successful applicants will also have the following attributes:
7. Achieved a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s-level in an analytical subject.
8. First-rate problem-solving skills
9. Logical, well-organised, and practical
10. Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
11. The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
12. Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
13. Customer-focused with an ability to build professional relationships
14. Strong communication skills are essential
