You will be part of a wider team that relies on your insights to improve Fora Health and how we adapt it to different patient and clinical populations in the US and the UK. You will bring the best methodologies of user research into healthcare, carrying out qualitative, user-centred research both in-person and remotely with patients, clinicians - working in partnership with academic leaders.
We are also interested in candidates who can bring additional research skills as we track usage, health outcomes and the impact of our products on the lives of people who use them.
You will be supported by our senior team members to grow as we have the opportunity to develop Fora Health, establishing new use cases and creating new functionality to further improve their impact on patient lives. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating our internally run regular remote user research sessions: Learning from our users .
We are looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working in small teams with designers, software engineers, clinicians and scientists.
* Believes in the role of technology to improve healthcare.
* Will think about how to improve the experience of patients, care teams and researchers using digital products.
* Can carry out user research methodologies that combine usability analysis and semi-structured interviews to generate an understanding of what’s important to patients and clinicians.
* Has experience planning, co-ordinating and carrying out User Research and being part of a wider UX design team - ideally building digital products in healthcare.
* Is excited about the opportunity to work directly with patients and clinicians.
* Can communicate quickly and effectively to other team members and project stakeholders.
