Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales Team in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on-trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region.
2. Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return.
3. Work with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to execute business plans for new and existing customers.
4. Develop shared business plans and ways of working with appropriate customers/Wholesale partners that demonstrate best practices in customer service.
About You
1. Prior sales experience and track record of managing profitability preferred.
2. Numerate with strong commercial acumen.
3. Persuasive with strong influencing skills.
4. Collaborative and action-oriented.
5. Tenacious, enthusiastic, and flexible.
6. IT literate with the ability to work with IT systems and tools.
