We are excited to go to market with our Payroll Analyst position, working Monday – Friday. We’re looking for you to help manage the day to day running of the UK payroll for approximately 700 UK employees, supported by a Payroll Senior Analyst.
What you’ll do:
1. Payroll, naturally. This includes equity award vestings and pension contributions to both a Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution scheme.
2. Maintain a good relationship with our tax advisors for expat payrolls which are outsourced.
3. PAYE Settlement Agreement & Taxed Award Settlement.
4. Month end accounting journals & account reconciliations.
5. Liaising with the global mobility and HR teams.
What you’ll bring to the team:
1. Good working knowledge of payroll processing procedures and legislation.
2. Professional Payroll qualification or at least a few years’ relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of Workday preferred.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
5. Great prioritisation skills.
6. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and issues resolution skills.
8. Attention to detail is key.
9. Experience of working in a deadline driven environment.
